Monrepos
Monrepos is a lakeside palace in Ludwigsburg, Germany. Via narrow pedestrian paths, the little palace is connected to the Favorite Palace, formerly used by the royal family of Württemberg as a hunting lodge, and the Ludwigsburg Palace (Residenzschloss). Since the 16th century, the dukes of Württemberg enjoyed hunting along the Eglosheimer Lake. In 1714, Duke Eberhard Ludwig had an octagonal pavilion, the "Little Lake House" ("Seehäuslein"), constructed on the northern shore.

Murr (river)
The Murr is a river in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, right tributary of the Neckar. The river gave its name to a small town on its banks, Murr, and to the Rems-Murr-Kreis district, which was also named after the river Rems, which runs roughly parallel to the south of the Murr. Its source is approx. 4 km south of Murrhardt. It flows northeast before turning west to cross Murrhardt. After a further 7km, Sulzbach an der Murr is reached.

Favorite Ludwigsburg
Schloss Favorite is a Baroque maison de plaisance and hunting lodge in Ludwigsburg, Germany. It is located on a rise, directly north of Ludwigsburg Palace. It was built from 1717 to 1723 for the sovereign Duke of Württemberg, Eberhard Ludwig, to a design by Donato Giuseppe Frisoni. From 1806, King Frederick I of Württemberg converted the park into a ménagerie, including deer and chamois. The architect Nikolaus Friedrich von Thouret renovated the building's interior in neoclassical style.

Ludwigsburg Palace
Ludwigsburg Palace is a historical building in the city of Ludwigsburg (12 km north of Stuttgart's city centre), Germany. It is one of the country's largest Baroque palaces and features an enormous garden in that style. From the 18th century to 1918 it was the principal royal palace of the dukedom that became in 1806 the Kingdom of Württemberg.
