Gubin, Poland

Gubin is a town in Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship southwestern Poland. Located on the right bank of the Lusatian Neisse River, it has a population of 15,000 inhabitants (2005). It was of the Zielona Góra Voivodeship from 1975 to 1998. The Polish-German rail and road border crossings are connected with the German city of Guben, of which Gubin was the eastern part until 1945.

Neuzeller Kloster Brewery

The Neuzelle Kloster Brewery (Neuzeller Klosterbräu) is located in Neuzelle, Germany, and is best known for its Neuzeller "Anti-Aging-Bier". Helmut Fritsche purchased the Neuzeller brewery in 1992, which has been producing beer commercially for over 400 years, and is situated on the grounds of a 12th century Catholic monastery.

Gubinek

Gubinek is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gubin, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border. Schlaube Valley Nature Park is a nature park and reserve in the state of Brandenburg, Germany. It covers an area of 225 km² (87 sq mi). It was established on December 27, 1995. With a surface area of 1.32 km² the Großer Müllroser See, which is flown through by the river Schlaube, is its largest lake.
