Europa-Rosarium

The Europa-Rosarium (12.5 hectares), formerly the Rosarium Sangerhausen, is a municipal rose garden located at Steinberger Weg 3, Sangerhausen, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, which describes itself at the largest rose collection in the world. Roßla-Südharz

Roßla-Südharz was a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the Mansfeld-Südharz district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It was situated in the southern part of the Harz, west of Sangerhausen. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft was in Roßla. It was disbanded on 1 January 2010. Kyffhäuser Monument

The Kyffhäuser Monument, also known as the Barbarossa Monument (Barbarossadenkmal) or the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument (Kaiser-Wilhelm-Denkmal), is a monument on the summit of the Kyffhäuser Mountain near Bad Frankenhausen in the state of Thuringia in central Germany. The monument, which totals 81 metres tall, was built in 1890–96 to plans drawn by the German architect Bruno Schmitz (1858–1916) atop the ruins of the medieval Fortress of Kyffhausen.

Goldene Aue

The Goldene Aue is a valley in eastern Germany, in the states Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt. It is situated between the towns Nordhausen in the west, and Sangerhausen in the east. It is bordered by the mountain ranges Harz in the north, and Windleite and Kyffhäuser in the south. The river Helme flows through the Goldene Aue. Goldene Aue is also the name of two Verwaltungsgemeinschaften ("collective municipalities") in the valley: Goldene Aue, Saxony-Anhalt
