Veria Stadium
Veria Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Veria, Greece. It is used for football matches and is the home stadium of Veria FC. The stadium was built in 1925. Since then, many improvements have been made, including adding of more seats in the stadium. Today the stadium holds about 7,000. It is situated 1.5 kilometres off the city centre. It was built in 1925 by members of music and gymnastics association Megas Alexandros.

Archaeological Museum of Veroia
The Archaeological Museum of Veroia is one the most important archaeological museums in Macedonia, Greece. The museum was established in 1965 in a building constructed especially for the purpose in Elia, one of the loveliest parts of the town. Finds from the Palaeolithic to the Ottoman period are displayed in its three halls. The Neolithic finds come from the settlement at Nea Nikomidia, which is believed to be the oldest known permanent settlement in Europe.

Kato Vermio
Kato Vermio is a mountain village and winter sports resort located in the Vermion Mountains of northern Greece. The village of Kato Vermio is located at a distance of 22 km from Veria and 93 km from Thessaloniki, in Imathia, Central Macedonia. The altitude of the village is 1400–1540 meters, the highest village in Greece. There are many restored and newly built vacation homes, mountain cottages and chalets in the village and the climate consists of cool summers and snowy winters.

Makrochori is a village in the Kastoria regional unit in West Macedonia, Greece. The name of the village in Bulgarian and Macedonian is Кономлади, Konomladi. A village in Petrich Municipality, Blagoevgrad Province, Bulgaria, is named Novo Konomladi (Bulgarian: Ново Кономлади, "New Konomladi"). This is because it was mostly populated by Bulgarian refugees from Makrochori who moved to Bulgaria after the Balkan Wars of 1912–1913.
