Prag Mahal

The Prag Mahal is a 19th-century palace located next to the Aina Mahal in Bhuj, Gujarat, India. It was commissioned by Rao Pragmalji II, and construction began in 1865. It was designed by Colonel Henry Saint Wilkins in the Italian Gothic style, and many Italian artisans were involved in its construction. The palace artisans' wages were paid in gold coins.

Aina Mahal

Aina Mahal is an 18th-century palace in Bhuj, Gujarat, India. It is located next to the Prag Mahal. It was built by Rao Lakhpatji in 1761. The chief architect was Ram Singh Malam. The palace was damaged in 2001 Gujarat Earthquake. However, a portion of the palace which was not so badly damaged has been restored and it houses the museum, displaying the bed room, music room, court room and other old pieces of arts, paintings, arms, palanquin etc.

Vandhay or Vandhai is a village in Bhuj Taluka of Kutch District of Gujarat. It is 59.6 km from Bhuj, district and taluka headquarters. It is a very small village with a population of around 350 people and about 70 houses. The nearest big villages are Deshalpar and Jaypar. Nearby towns are Anjar (39.5 km), Nakhatrana (43.5 km), Mundra (47.6 km), Gandhidham (54.8 km) and Bhuj (59.6 km).

Bhuj Airport

Bhuj Airport is located in Bhuj in the Kutch District of the state of Gujarat, India. The airport was previously made up of two bunkers/buildings near the Bhuj Rudra Mata Air Force Base, with which it shares the runway. On one side of the passing road there was an Indian Airlines bunker, and on the other side a Jet Airways bunker. From there a coach would transport one across the Indian Air Force grounds to the small departures terminal.
