Zoji La

Zoji La (Hindi: ज़ोजि ला or ज़ोजि दर्रा) is a high mountain pass in India, located on the Indian National Highway 1 between Srinagar and Leh in the western section of the Himalayan mountain range. Though often referred to as Zojila Pass in the foreign press, the correct English translation is Zoji Pass or simply Zojila, since the suffix 'La' itself means pass in several Himalayan languages.

Sind River

The Sind River or the Sindh River Urdu: سندھ ندی Kashmiri: سیندھ is a river in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir state of India. It is a major tributary of the Jehlum River and is 108 kilometres long.

Lidder River

The Lidder River or Liddar River, is a 73 kilometer long river in the Kashmir region of India in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. It originates from the Kolhoi Glacier two kilometers south of Sonamarg at an altitude of 4653 meters. After the Sind River it is the second major tributory of the Jehlum River and meets it at Gurnar Khanabal village at an altitude of 1615 meters.

Sheshnag Lake

Sheshnag Lake is an alpine high altitude oligotrophic lake situated at the track leading to Amarnath cave 23 kilometers from Pahalgam in Anantnag district of Kashmir valley in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir at an elevation of 3590 meters. It has a maximum length of 1.1 kilometers and maximum width of 0.7 kilometers.
