Pahalgam
Pahalgam is a town and a Municipal committee in Anantnag district in India's northernmost state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is a popular tourist destination, and every year, many tourists visit Pahalgam. This world famous hill station is 45 km. from the District Head Quarter at Anantnag and located on the banks of river Lidder at an altitude of 7200 ft. from sea level. Pahalgam is one among the five tehsils of Anantnag district and tehsil head quarters are located in the main town of Pahalgam.

Lidder Valley
The Lidder Valley or Liddar Valley in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India, is a Himalayan sub-valley that forms the northeastern corner of the Vale of Kashmir. The Lidder River flows down the valley. The entrance to the valley lies seven km northeast from Anantnag town and 62 km southeast from Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir. It is a 40-km-long gorge valley with an average width of 3 km.

Tral(ترال) is a town and a notified area committee in Pulwama district, of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is a small town prettily situated on the sloping plateau of the foot hills of the mountains near the east side of the Wullar Purgana in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. Tral is situated at the edge of plateau divided into upper and lower mohallas. The houses that are built on this range are mostly made up of bricks (some sun dried and some baked).

Martand Sun Temple
Martand Sun Temple was dedicated to Surya (Sun) god and is now in ruins. The ruins of the temple are located near Anantnag in Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Martand is another Sanskrit name for Hindu Sun-god. The Martand temple is one of the important archaeological sites of the country. It was built around 500 AD. This temple has the typical Aryan structure as was present in Aryan Kashmir.
