Bandipora district
Bandipora district is one of the 22 districts in Jammu and Kashmir state in northern India. Bandipora town is the administrative headquarters of the district. This district was carved out from the erstwhile Baramulla district in 2007. The district is bounded by Kupwara district in the west, Baramulla district in the south and Kargil, Srinagar and Ganderbal districts in the east. This district occupies an area of 398 km². The district has a population of 306511 (2001 census).

Dr A.G.M's City School
Dr A.G. M's City School is a senior secondary school situated in Nowgaam area of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. It got its foundation stone laid in 1993 in the Sanat Nagar area of Srinagar. The school changed its location in 2004-2005 to Nowgaam. The school celebrated it decade year in 2003 with more than 2000 students present. Wular Lake
Wular Lake (also spelt Wullar), India's largest fresh water lake and one of the largest in Asia, is in Bandipora district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The lake basin was formed as a result of tectonic activity and is fed by the Jhelum River. The lake's size varies seasonally from 12 to 100 square miles (30 to 260 square kilometers).

Kishanganga Hydroelectric Plant
The Kishanganga Hydroelectric Plant is part of a run-of-the-river hydroelectric scheme that is designed to divert water from the Kishanganga River to a power plant in the Jhelum River basin. It is located 5 km north of Bandipore in Jammu and Kashmir, India and will have an installed capacity of 330 MW. Construction on the project began in 2007 and is expected to be complete in 2016.
