Makrana is a town and tehsil in the Nagaur district of Indian state of Rajasthan. There are more than 210 villages under this Tehsil and it is one of the biggest tehsil in Rajasthan. Makrana is famous for the white stone as marble mined from the mines around it. The Taj Mahal was built from Makrana marble. Makrana is a large town and it has plenty of marble outcrops. Harnawa

Harnawa is a village in Parbatsar tehsil of Nagaur district in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The village situated midway between Degana railway station and Parbatsar towns. It is known as birthplace of Ranabai, a revered warrior girl, born on 1543 AD (aksya trirtya), in the family of Jalam Singh.

Roopangarh Fort

Roopangarh Fort is a former fortress and palace in the town of Roopangarh, Rajastan, India that is today a hotel. The fortress was originally built by, and named after, Maharaja Roop Singh of Kishangarh in 1648. It was sited at strategic point atop a hill to the north of Kishangarh controlling the important trade route to the Sambhar Salt Lake. Around the fort a substantial town grew up that became a centre for artisans and manufacturers.
