Wai Sano

Wai Sano is a volcano located in the western part of the island of Flores, Indonesia. Wai Sano consists of an elliptical caldera about one mile (2.5 km) wide, containing a lake 260 meters below the 903 meter caldera rim, itself part of Mount Umpu Rua. Two fumaroles are located on the southesastern shore of the lake. No historical eruptions are known.

Labuan Bajo

Labuan Bajo is a fishing town located at the western end of Flores in the Nusa Tenggara region of east Indonesia. Once a small fishing village, Labuan Bajo (also spelled Labuhanbajo and Labuanbajo) in Flores is now a busy bustling center of tourism. It is the launching point for trips to Komodo Island and Rinca Island, home to the famous komodo dragons.

Komodo Airport

Komodo Airport (Indonesian: Bandar Udara Komodo) is an airport near the town of Labuan Bajo on the island of Flores in the East Nusa Tenggara province in Indonesia. The airport's name comes from Labuan Bajo's status as a departure point for tours to the nearby Komodo National Park, home of the Komodo dragon. It was formerly known as Mutiara II Airport, not to be confused with Mutiara Airport located near the city of Palu in Indonesia's Central Sulawesi province.

Gili Motang

Gili Motang is a small island in Eastern Indonesia. It is part of the Lesser Sunda Islands chain, which together with the Greater Sunda Islands to the west make up the Sunda Islands. The island, volcanic in origin, is approximately 30 km² (12 mi²) in area. Home to a small population of about 100 Komodo dragons, Gili Motang is part of Komodo National Park. In 1991 as part of the national park, Gili Motang was accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
