Baso (island)
Baso is the middle town between Bukittinggi and Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. It is only 15 kilometers east of Bukittingi. In the history of West Sumatra this town was the transit and junction town of Payakumbuh, Bukittinggi and Batusangkar.
