Carl E. Duckett

Carl Ernest Duckett (22 March 1923 – 1 April 1992) was the founding father and visionary leader of the Central Intelligence Agency's science and technology operations. Those who knew him as a guitar-playing youth in the Blue Ridge Mountains would have never have guessed that this man with only a mill-town high-school education would eventually oversee the development and operation of some of the most sophisticated intelligence-gathering endeavors in the world.
