The Fonte di Fata Morgana, locally called the Casina delle Fate (Summerhouse of the Fates), at Grassina, not far from Florence, Italy, in the comune of Bagno a Ripoli, is a small garden building, built in 1573–4 as a garden feature in the extensive grounds of the Villa Riposo of Bernardo Vecchietti on the slope of the hill called Fattucchia.

San Miniato al Monte

San Miniato al Monte (St. Minias on the Mountain) is a basilica in Florence, central Italy, standing atop one of the highest points in the city. The Osservatorio Astrofisico di Arcetri (otherwise known as the Arcetri Observatory, Florence) is an astronomical observatory located in Arcetri in the outskirts of Florence, Italy. San Salvi

San Salvi, also known as San Michele a San Salvi, is a church in Florence, Italy. The church was built in the 11th century by the Vallombrosans as part of an abbey complex. During the 1529 Siege of Florence, the church was partially destroyed. It was reconstructed in accordance with its original style with the exception of the portico which was built with a 16th century style. The interior of the church is of a single aisle, Latin-cross design with a rectangular apse.

San Leonardo in Arcetri

The Chiesa di San Leonardo in Arcetri is a church in Florence, Italy. The church stands among olive groves on the Via San Leonardo, a country road on the southern outskirts of Florence, next to Villa Spelman, seat of the Johns Hopkins University Charles S. Singleton Center for Italian Studies. The church, which dates from the 11th century, is best known for its beautiful 13th century pulpit, formerly in the church of San Pier Scheraggio, now part of the Uffizi.
