United Theological College of the West Indies
The United Theological College of the West Indies (UTCWI) is an ecumenical seminary training male and female clergy for Protestant denominations throughout the Caribbean. The college was founded in 1965 and dedicated in 1966. It moved to its current, custom-built site adjacent to University of the West Indies (UWI) Mona campus in the early 1970s. The Roman Catholic St. Michael’s Theological College was built alongside at the same time.

A former sugar plantation, it is the site of a reservoir serving the city of Kingston and of the main campus of the University of the West Indies.
