Kolahun District

Kolahun District is the largest administrative district of Lofa County in Liberia. It has an estimated population (July, 2004) of 26,827. Kolahun was the scene of heavy fighting between government troops and rebels during Liberia's second civil war, causing massive shifts in population and destruction of property.

Lawa River (Africa)

Lawa River is a river in West Africa at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:8.0038889|N|9.7758333|W||||| | |name= }}. It is about 100 km long and originates in southeastern Guinea near Macenta. Then it flows in southwestern direction to Liberia, where it enters the Lofa River in Lofa Province.
