Juodkrantė
Juodkrantė with permanent population of about 720 people is a quiet Lithuanian seaside resort village located on the Curonian Spit. A part of Neringa municipality, Juodkrantė is the second largest settlement on Lithuania's part of the spit. Situated in Old Prussian territory it was for centuries a fishing village named Schwarzort, which underwent a tourist boom in the late 19th - early 20th century.

Hill of Witches
The Hill of Witches is an outdoor sculpture gallery near Juodkrantė, Lithuania. It is located on a forested sand dune about 0.5 kilometer west of the Curonian Lagoon, on the Lithuanian Seaside Cycle Route. Begun in 1979, it has been expanded several times, and now contains about 80 wooden sculptures along a series of trails. The artists drew on a long tradition of woodcarving in Samogitia, and on the equally long tradition of Midsummer Night's Eve celebrations on the hill.

Gandrališkės
Gandrališkės is a new district in Klaipėda, Lithuania. It is the location of the tallest residential building in the Baltic States, Pilsotas. Six more skyscrapers are planned to be built in the suburb by 2010, the tallest of which, 43-story 170m-high Kuršas building will be completed in 2012. The other five buildings are expected to be 22 storeys high.
