Jasin District is one of the three districts in the State of Malacca, Malaysia. The other two are the Central Malacca district and the Alor Gajah district. Selandar is a small town in the Malacca state of Malaysia. Kampung Bukit Senggeh (KBS) is one of the villages located near Selandar. KBS has been divided into four sections, namely: Ayer Keroh, Rejang, Chembong and Bukit Senggeh Hilir. It borders with Batang Melaka, Machap Baru, Felda Bukit Senggeh, Felda Tun Ghafar (Air Kangkung & Kemendor) and Pondok Kempas.

Machap

This is not to be confused of Machap Baru of Malacca, which is 1-hour drive away from Machap, Johor. Machap is a town in Kluang District, Johor, Malaysia. The town is a resting point for travelers transiting via North-South Expressway. The town is known for its pottery factories and though it has some pottery shops, there are not as many as in Ayer Hitam. 45 per cent of the constituency’s population is Chinese, 38 per cent Malay, 15 per cent Indian and two per cent other races.
