The 2011 Zumpango earthquake was a magnitude 6.5 Mw earthquake that affected several major cities in southern Mexico at 19:47 local time on Saturday, 10 December 2011. Mezcala Bridge
The Mezcala Bridge (also known as the Mezcala-Solidaridad Bridge), is a cable-stayed bridge located in the state of Guerrero on Highway 95 in Mexico. It spans the Balsas River (known locally as the Mezcala River) close to the western Pacific coast of the country. This bridge, with a total length of 891 m and six uneven spans completed in 1993, has been in service since 1994 as a toll bridge.
