Nepalgunj Airport is an airport serving Nepalgunj (also spelled Nepalganj), a municipality in Banke district of the Bheri zone in Nepal. The airport has been in service since 1961. It is a major domestic hub after TIA in terms of number of airport network, and also second largest airport in Nepal in terms of land area, after TIA. Banke District (Nepali: बाँके जिल्ला, a part of Bheri zone, is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal, a landlocked country of South Asia.
