Aa River (Meuse)
The Aa is a small river in The Netherlands. It rises near Meijel in the southeastern province of Limburg, in the Peel region. It flows northwest through the province of North Brabant towards 's-Hertogenbosch, roughly along the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal. In 's-Hertogenbosch, at the confluence of the Aa and the Dommel, the river Dieze is formed, which flows into the Meuse a few km further. The main cities and towns along the Aa's course are Asten, Helmond, Veghel and 's-Hertogenbosch.

Heeswijk Castle
Heeswijk Castle ("Kasteel Heeswijk") is a former moated castle near Heeswijk in the Dutch province of North Brabant. Originally built in the 11th century, the castle was restored in 2005. The original castle consisted of a motte erected in 1080. During the subsequent centuries this motte was reduced and in its place a castle was built. Heeswijk Castle has played a crucial role in the history of the Netherlands. Around the year 1600 Prince Maurits twice failed to take the castle.

Heeswijk is a Dutch town. It is located in the province of North Brabant, in the south of the Netherlands. Heeswijk was a separate municipality until 1969, when it merged with the adjacent village of Dinther. Since 1 January 1994 it has been part of the larger municipality of Bernheze, which comprises Heesch, Heeswijk-Dinther, Loosbroek, Nistelrode and Vorstenbosch. , Heeswijk hosts a Norbertine abbey, Berne Abbey

Heeswijk-Dinther
Heeswijk-Dinther is a former old town and municipality in the southern Netherlands, in the province of North Brabant being named after the former municipalities Heeswijk and Dinther. The municipality was created in 1969, and became a part of Bernheze in 1994. Likewise, the town itself consisted of the former villages of Heeswijk and Dinther, which have grown together. After the merger into Bernheze, the town has been split up into Heeswijk and Dinther again.
