The Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area is one of the 19 Local Government Areas of Ogun State, Nigeria. It came into existence on May 19, 1989 following the merging of Ota, part of the defunct Ifo/Ota Local Government with Ado-Odo/Igbesa Areas of the Yewa South Local Government. Palms Shopping Mall

The Palms Shopping Mall is located on a 45,000-square-metre plot of land in Lekki Peninsula, in Lagos, Nigeria. It has 21,000 square metres of lettable retail space. The mall was built on swampland that was reclaimed by the government recently and construction was commissioned by the Oba of Lagos and President Obasanjo. The mall, which opened in early 2006, has 69 stores and a modern six screen cinema. There is parking space for about a 1000 cars.

Lagos Preparatory School

Lagos Preparatory School (LPS) is a private coeducational day school in the affluent Ikoyi suburb of Lagos, Nigeria, and has adopted the U.K. National Curriculum; it was established in 2002. Dodan Barracks

Dodan Barracks is a military barracks occupying a large area located off Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Dodan Barracks was the residence of the heads of state of various Military Governments in Nigeria, and also the Supreme Military Headquarters from 1966 until the move to Abuja in 1991. The name "Dodan" originated from the site of a battle fought doing the Second World War by the 82nd West African Division in Burma.

Kuramo Beach

Kuramo Beach is a sandy beach in Lagos, Nigeria, located at the south side of Victoria Island, just east of Bar Beach and south of the Kuramo Waters lagoon. It was the location of numerous illegal shanties and cabins, some of them being used for music entertainment, bars and prostitution. In August 2012, a surge of the Atlantic Ocean hit Kuramo Beach, destroying some of these shacks and killing 16 people.
