Byglandsfjord
Byglandsfjord is a village in the southern part of the municipality of Bygland in the Aust-Agder county, Norway. The village is in the valley of Setesdal and located at the end of the lake Byglandsfjorden. Its population (2009) is 351. The highest point in its surroundings is the 762-metre tall Årdalsknaben, while Byglandsfjord itself is about 200 metres above sea level. Byglandsfjord is located about 13 kilometres north of the village of Evje.

Byglandsfjorden
Byglandsfjorden is a lake in the municipalities of Bygland and Evje og Hornnes in Aust-Agder county, Norway. It is part of the river Otra, flowing out of the Åraksfjorden. The villages of Byglandsfjord, Lauvdal, and Bygland are all located on the eastern shore of the lake. The SS Bjoren is a wood-fueled steamboat that travels on the Byglandsfjorden in the summers between the villages of Ose, Bygland, and Byglandsfjord. A special separate species of salmon occur in Byglandsfjorden, called bleke.
