Trengereid Station

Trengereid is a local stop on the Bergensbanen railway. It is located far east in Bergen, Norway, in the Arna borough on the shore of the fjord Sørfjord. The station is between Takvam and Bogegrend stations, at an altitude of 15.7 metres above sea level.

Sørfjorden (Osterøy)

Sørfjord is 30-kilometer fjord around Osterøy, Norway; stretching from Veafjord in the east ot Osterfjord in the north. Along Sørfjord are the villages Bruvik, Vaksdal, Haus, Garnes, Ytre Arna, Hylkje, Breistein, Valestrandsfossen, Steinstø and Hamre. Prior to the opening of Osterøy Bridge in 1997 there were two ferries crossing the fjord; Haus - Garnes and Valestrandsfossen - Breistein, only the latter remaining.

Bruvik

Not to be confused with Trygve Bruvik or Olav Bruvik. Bruvik is a village and former municipality in Hordaland county, Norway. The village is located in south-eastern coastline of the Osterøy island, at the fjord of Sørfjorden. The parish of Haus was established as a municipality January 1, 1838, including the annex Bruvik. On January 1, 1870 Bruvik with 2,062 inhabitants was separated from Haus to form a municipality of its own.

Havrå

Havrå or Havre sometimes Havretunet or Havråtunet is a cluster of farm in Osterøy municipality in Hordaland, Norway. Havrå is one of the very last and best preserved of the common farm clusters on the Western coast of Norway. Havrå was the first cultural environment to be protected under section 20 of the Norwegian Cultural Heritage Act. It was not connected to road until late in the 1960s.

Osterøy Bridge

Osterøy Bridge connects Kvisti on the island of Osterøy in Hordaland County with the mainland at Herland east from Bergen, Norway. Osterøy Bridge is a suspension bridge and has a main span of 595 meter. The towers are 121.5 meters high. The bridge was completed October 3, 1997 and cost about 308 million Norwegian kroner. The bridge is the third largest suspension bridge in Norway. It is part of the highway 566 (Fylkesvei 566) runs between Herland in Bergen and Løno in Osterøy.
