Vestvik Church

Vestvik Church is a parish church in the municipality of Inderøy in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Framverran. The church is part of the Mosvik parish in the Nord-Innherad deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros. The wooden church building was constructed in 1905 to replace an old church built in 1823. Prior to this, there were another wooden church of unknown age, mentioned in archbishops registers in 1533. .

Beitstadfjorden

Beitstadfjorden is the innermost arm of the Trondheimsfjord in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the municipalities of Steinkjer, Inderøy, Verran, and Mosvik. The fjord has a length of 28 kilometres from southwest to northeast, and a width of about 6 to 8 kilometres (to mi). The fjord begins at the Skarnsund sound in the south and extends northeast to the city of Steinkjer.

Straumsetervatnet

Straumsetervatnet (or Selavatnet) is a lake on the border of the municipalities of Åfjord in Sør-Trøndelag county and Verran in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. The majority of the 4.72-square-kilometre lake lies in Verran, with the northwestern end of the lake partially lying in Åfjord. The village of Sela lies on the northern side of the lake and the village of Sandsetra at the southeastern end of the lake.

Skarnsund

Skarnsund or Skarnsundet is a strait in the Trondheimsfjord connecting the inner section, Beitstadfjord, with the outer section. The 0.5-kilometre wide Skarnsund is located in the municipality of Inderøy. On the northeastern side of the strait is the village of Vangshylla and on the southwestern side is the villages of Venneshamn and Kjerringvik (this side is the Mosvik area of Inderøy). The strait has a strong tidal current with a maelstrom.

Skarnsund Bridge

Skarnsund Bridge (Norwegian: Skarnsundet bru or Skarnsundbrua) is a 1,010-metre long concrete cable-stayed bridge that crosses the Skarnsundet sound, in Inderøy, Norway. When finished in 1991, it replaced the Vangshylla–Kjerringvik Ferry and it gives the communities in Mosvik and Leksvik easier access to the central areas of Innherred. The bridge is the only road crossing of the Trondheimsfjord, and is located on Norwegian County Road 755.
