Vinne Church is a parish church in the municipality of Verdal in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Vinne. The church is part of the Vinne parish in the Sør-Innherad deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros. The white wooden church was built in 1817 and the main building is octagonal in shape.

Bergsgrav Station is a railway station located in the village of Vinne in the municipality of Verdal in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. The station is located on the Nordland Line, and serves the southern Vinne suburb of Verdal. The station is only served by the Trøndelag Commuter Rail service between Steinkjer and Trondheim. There has been a station here since 1938, but the current station was built in 6 December 1977.

The station is located along the Nordland Line and it serves the entire municipality of Verdal except the Vinne area which is served by Bergsgrav Station. The station is served by the Trøndelag Commuter Rail service between Steinkjer and Trondheim and also by regional trains to Bodø and Trondheim.

Stiklestad Church
Stiklestad Church is a parish church in the municipality of Verdal in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Stiklestad. The church is part of the Stiklestad parish in the Sør-Innherad deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros. The stone church building was completed in 1180. It was designed by Archbishop Øystein Erlendsson and it seats about 520 people.

Battle of Stiklestad
The Battle of Stiklestad in 1030 is one of the most famous battles in the history of Norway. In this battle, King Olaf II of Norway was killed. He was later canonized. His younger half-brother, Harald Sigurdsson, was also present at the battle and would in 1047 go on to become King of Norway, only to die in a failed invasion of England in the Battle of Stamford Bridge in 1066. Harald was only fifteen when the battle of Stiklestad took place.
