Andfjorden

Andfjorden is a fjord on the border of Nordland and Troms counties in Norway. It primarily flows between the large islands of Andøya and Senja. The smaller islands of Bjarkøya and Grytøya are located in the fjord. The main crossing is via the Andenes–Gryllefjord Ferry between Andøy and Torsken municipalities. The fjord is about 60 kilometres long, has a maximum width of 30 kilometres, and has a maximum depth of 517 metres .

Skogvollvatnet is a Norwegian lake that lies in Andøy municipality in Nordland county. The 2.74-square-kilometre lake lies on the west coast of the island of Andøya. There is a 150-to-200-metre (to ft) wide isthmus of land between the lake and the ocean on the west side of the lake. The tiny village of Skogvoll lies on the isthmus between the lake and the ocean.

Andøya Rocket Range

Andøya Rocket Range is a rocket launch site and rocket range on Andøya island (the northernmost in the Vesterålen archipelago) in Andøy municipality in northern Norway. Since 1962, over 1,200 sounding rockets of all known configurations have been launched from this site. Andøya Rocket Range is a civilian facility owned 90% by the Royal Ministry of Trade and Industry, Norway, and 10% by Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace. It operates on a commercial basis.
