Fosshaugane Campus

Fosshaugane Campus is the current home ground for the football team, Sogndal Fotball. It is also a combined with a school's campus, from where it got its name. The stadium was inaugurated on 7 July 2006 when Sogndal beat Bryne 2–0. In a 2012 survey carried out by the Norwegian Players' Association among away-team captains, Fosshaugane was ranked lowest amongst league stadiums, with a score of 1.93 on a scale from one to five.

Sognefjord Span

The Sognefjord Spans are the second, third, and fourth longest spans in the world situated east of Hermansverk, Norway and are part of different powerlines. As Sognefjord Span is a deep valley the pylons of these spans are not taller than ordinary pylons. In order to avoid any too close approaches or contacts between the conductors, each is mounted on a separate pylon at the end of the span, which is built as a steel framework tower.

Hermansverk

Hermansverk is a village in and the administrative center of Leikanger, Norway. It is also the county capital of Sogn og Fjordane, but after it and Leikanger grew together, Leikanger is considered the name of the county capital.

Sogn

Sogn is a traditional district in Western Norway (Vestlandet). It is located in the county of Sogn og Fjordane, surrounding the Sognefjord. Sogn consists of the municipalities of Aurland, Balestrand, Hyllestad, Høyanger, Gulen, Leikanger, Luster, Lærdal, Sogndal, Solund, Vik, and Årdal. The district covers 10,675 square kilometres and contains about 35% of the county's population. The largest urban area in Sogn is Øvre Årdal, with 3,456 residents.

Sogndal Airport, Haukåsen

Sogndal Airport, Haukåsen (Norwegian: Sogndal lufthavn, Haukåsen) opened in 1971 and is owned and operated by Avinor. The airport is located about 8 kilometres southwest of Kaupanger in the municipality of Sogndal in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The airport serves much of the inner Sognefjord region. Scheduled flights are operated by Widerøe on public service obligation contracts with the Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications.
