Written by Munawer Hussain Gondal Lakhnewala (also Lakhnanwala and Lākhnewāla) is a village of Mandi Bahauddin District in Punjab, Pakistan, located between River Jhelum and River Chenab. The total area of the village is approximately 119,790,000 sq ft (approx. 11.13 km) or 2750 acres. It is about 8 km east of the city of Mandi Bahauddin. North are Kot Baloch, Rasul and the Government College of Technology, Rasul. It sits at 222 meters (728 feet) in average elevation.

Kot Baloch

Kot Balouch (کوٹ بلوچ) is a village in Mandi Bahauddin District, Pakistan, located eight kilometres north of Mandi Bahuddin. It was well known during British rule due to its organized bazaar and local markets which were under the control of the Hindu community. The village is named after the Balouch tribes who traditionally came here with their families and camels for summer grazing. They lived beside a bend in the River Jhelum which was a suitable, sheltered location.

Mong or Mung is a town and Union Council of Mandi Bahauddin District in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:32.6500|73.5167||||||| |primary |name= }} at an altitude of 217 metres (715 feet). Mong, a historic and densely populated village was built on the ancient city of Nicaea which was founded by Alexander the Great in commemoration of his victory over Raja Porus in the battle of Hydaspes.

Chillianwala

Chillianwala is a town and union council of Mandi Bahauddin District in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is located at 32°39'0N 73°36'0E at an altitude of 218 metres (718 feet) and lies to the north-east of the district capital Mandi Bahauddin. It is famous for being the location of the Battle of Chillianwala that took place in 1849 between the forces of the Sikh Khalsa army and the British Army.
