Khanqah Sharif is a small village situated west of Bahawalpur District. Its former name was "Bakhshin Di Goth". The new name was given due to the Shrine of Khawaja Mohkum ud Deen Serani. Bahawalpur Zoo

Bahawalpur Zoo, established in 1942, is a 25-acre zoological garden in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. It is managed by the Government of Pakistan. The zoo has occasionally bred and supplied wild cats, such as lions and Bengal tigers, to other zoos in the country. It also has an aquarium and zoological museum with stuffed birds, reptiles and mammals.

Lodhran District

Lodhran District, is a district in the Punjab, Pakistan - the city of Lodhran is the capital of the district. It is located on the northern side of River Sutlej. It is bounded to the north by the districts of Multan, Khanewal and Vehari, to the south by Bahawalpur, to the east lie the districts of Vehari and Bahawalpur; while district Multan lies on the western side. It has the lowest Human Development Index of all districts in Punjab.
