Uchorowo was first mentioned in written records in 1388. It has a 19th-century manor house (last restored in 1987), and a neo-Gothic chapel dating from 1890.

There is a manor house in the village, dating from the first half of the 19th century and partially rebuilt in the later part of that century.

It has a church whose history goes back to 1725, when the demolished church of Słomowo was re-erected in Białężyn.
