Qatar Mosque

Fanar, Qatar Islamic Culture Center & Mosque (commonly known as Fanar) is a mosque in Doha, the capital of Qatar. It is located close to the corniche road and is a prominent landmark in Doha Bay. Its main features including its unique minaret design. Qatar Mosque is currently the largest mosque in Qatar. Traditional Qatari mosques were made of coral rock, mud and wood, as opposed to the mosques from the 21st century built of brick and mortar.

Hamad Aquatic Centre

Hamad Aquatic Centre is a large swimming pool complex in Doha, Qatar. As part of the Doha sports city that encompasses a number of other complexes in the area it was the venue for aquatic events at the 2006 Asian Games. The venue will host the 2014 FINA World Swimming Championships.

Khalifa International Stadium

Khalifa International Stadium or also known as National Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Doha, Qatar as part of the Doha Sports City complex, which also includes Aspire Academy, Hamad Aquatic Centre, and the Aspire Tower. It is named after Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, Qatar's former Emir. The final of 2011 AFC Asian Cup was held at this stadium.
