Chelyabinsk Shagol Airport

Chelyabinsk Shagol Airport (also Bakal) is an airport in Russia located in the northwest part of Chelyabinsk. It was the first airport in Chelyabinsk, but now all passenger services are routed through Chelyabinsk Balandino Airport, and Shagol Airport is used by the local pilots' training school, the Chelyabinsk Red Banner Military Aviation Institute of Navigators. In August 2007 it was used in military exercises of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.

Traktor Sport Palace

Traktor Sport Palace is an indoor sporting arena located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. It is used for various indoor events and is the home arena of the Traktor Chelyabinsk of the Kontinental Hockey League. The capacity of the arena is 7,500 spectators. It replaced Yunost Sport Palace as the home of Traktor.

Chelyabinsk Trade Center

Chelyabinsk Trade Center (Russian: Челябинский Торговый центр) is a building on the embankment of the Miass River in Chelyabinsk, Russia, built in 1975. The Trade Center silhouette became one of the symbols of the city. The main square building (side size is 102 meters) is covered by the dome, which is supported only by the columns on its edges. The dome itself is made of 1500 reinforced concrete shells, tightened together with metal cables. Total weight of the dome is above 5000 tons.
