Ledmozero

Ledmozero is a settlement in the northern part of Muyezersky District in the Republic of Karelia, Russia, located 7 kilometers south-east of Lake Ledmozero. Population: 2,923. In 1905, the population of the settlement consisted of six peasant families comprising 12 males and 18 females. The settlement is connected to Kochkoma by the Ledmozero–Kochkoma Railway, a part of the Oktyabrskaya Railway system.

Lake Nyuk

Lake Nyuk is a large freshwater lake in the Republic of Karelia, northwestern part of Russia. It is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:64.45|N|31.75|E|type:waterbody_region:RU|||| | |name= }} and has an area of 214–230 km². There are numerous islands on the lake. The lake is part of the Kem River basin.
