Chupa is an urban locality in Loukhsky District of the Republic of Karelia, Russia, located on the coast of the White Sea, 629 kilometers north of Petrozavodsk, the republic's capital. Loukhi

Loukhi is an urban locality and the administrative center of Loukhsky District of the Republic of Karelia, Russia, located on the shore of Lake Panovo, 500 kilometers north of Petrozavodsk. Population: 4,772; 5,920; 6,405. It was founded in 1912–1914 due to the construction of a railroad. It was granted urban-type settlement status in 1944. In 1978, Korean Air Lines Flight 902 was forced to land at the nearby Korpijärvi Lake after being attacked by Soviet aircraft.

Loukhi-3

Loukhi-3 is an air base in the Republic of Karelia, Russia located 11 kilometres west of Loukhi. It is a minor airstrip with only turnarounds and a 400 meter central taxiway. Loukhi had some use during World War II and probably maintained forward fighter deployments in the 1950s and 1960s.
