Khokhlovka

Khokhlovka is architectural and ethnographic open-air museum in Perm Krai, Russia. Located in Perm municipal district, on right bank of Kama River, in 43 km from Perm. It was founded in 1969 and opened for visitors in 1980. It is first open-air architectural museum of wooden architecture in Ural. Khokhovka include 23 unique monuments of 17th – early 20th centuries. This is territory about 35 ha with many wooden constructions and buildings that was moved here from different places of Perm Krai.

Universal Sports Palace Molot

Universal Sports Palace Molot (in Russian: Универсальный Дворец спорта «Молот») is an indoor sporting arena located in Perm, Russia. It was built in 1980 and has a seating capacity for 7,000 spectators. It is the home arena of the Molot-Prikamye Perm ice hockey team and was the home of the Ural Great basketball team.

Yegoshikha River

Yegoshikha, formerly Yagoshikha, is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, the left tributary of the Kama. In spite of its relatively small size it is famous for its historical significance. It mainly flows in the borders of the Perm city. The origin of Yegoshikha is in the forest area close to Lipovaya Gora and Vladimirskiy microdistricts.

Perm Oblast

Until December 1, 2005, Perm Oblast was a federal subject of Russia in Privolzhsky (Volga) Federal District. According to the results of the referendum held in October 2004, Perm Oblast was merged with Komi-Permyak Autonomous Okrug to form Perm Krai. The oblast was named after its administrative center, the city of Perm. The oblast covered an area of 160,600 km², and as of the 2002 Census its population was 2,819,421.
