Sumka River

The Sumka is a river in Zelenodolsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, a left-bank tributary of the Volga River. Its length is 37 kilometers and its drainage basin is 250 square kilometers . It origins near Gremyachy Klyuch and falls to the Kuybyshev Reservoir, Volga, forming the western border of Vasilyevo, Tatarstan. The river valley comes through the Raifa section of the Volga-Kama Reserve. There the Sumka passes several major lakes, the biggest being Raifa lake.

Sea Eye Lake

The Mushyl lake (Mari: Мӱшыл йер, Müšyl Jer), nicknamed the Sea Eye (Russian: Морской Глаз, Morskoy Glaz) is a minor karst lake in Shariboksad, Volzhsky District, Mari El, Russia. Located at the foot of the hill its bright green water is extremely deep (38.5 m) compared to the surface area (45x50 m).

Gruzinsky (settlement)

Gruzinsky is a settlement in Zelenodolsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, situated 15 kilometers east of Zelenodolsk, the administrative center of the district. The village is located on the Kazan–Zelenodolsk road. Gruzinsky's population was 75 in 1989 and 66 in 2000; mostly ethnic Russians and Chuvash people. It was founded in 1925.

Temple of All Religions

The Temple of All Religions (Russian: Храм всех религий) or the Temple of the Universe is an architectural complex in the Staroye Arakchino Microdistrict of Kazan, Russia. It consists of several types of religious architecture including an Orthodox church, a minaret, and a synagogue, among others. It is currently under construction, having been started in 1992 by local artist and philanthropist Ildar Khanov.
