Dahaban

Dahban or 'Dahaban' is an ancient village on the coast of Saudi Arabia. It is in Makkah Province, a few kilometers north of Jeddah. For a long time it has been a fishing center until Durrat Al-Arus opened in 1996 which made it also a tourism village. Dahaban lies on the main highway running along the west coast of Saudi Arabia between Jeddah and Rabigh.

Durrat Al-Arus

Durrat Al-Arus is an integrated tourist village built in 1996 around 40 kilometers north of Jeddah center in the very old village "Dahaban", which is now a part of the Jeddah city. It includes schools, commercial centers, coffee shops, Shisha cafes, hotels, resorts, a golf club, an equestrian club, an aqua park, theme parks, recreation parks and a yacht marina.

King Abdullah Sports City

King Abdullah Sports City is a new multi-use stadium and sports city located 60 kilometers north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia that is in the planning stages. The main stadium will be used for football, while smaller sports venues surrounding the main stadium will host athletics and indoor sporting events in indoor arenas. The capacity of the main stadium will be between 60,000 and 100,000 spectators. King Abdullah gave approval for the construction of the project in February 2009.

Kingdom Tower

Not to be confused with Kingdom Centre or Mile High Illinois Kingdom Tower, previously known as Mile-High Tower, is a supertall skyscraper proposed for construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at a preliminary cost of SR4.6 billion (US$1.23 billion). It will be the centerpiece and first phase of a SR75 billion (US$20 billion) proposed development known as Kingdom City that will be located along the Red Sea on the north side of Jeddah.
