Makeni

Makeni is the largest city and economic center of the Northern Province of Sierra Leone. Makeni is the capital and administrative center of Bombali District; and is also the fourth largest city in Sierra Leone by population. Makeni lies approximately 137 kilometers (85 miles) east of Freetown. Makeni is a major commercial, educational, tranportational and economic center. Binkolo

Binkolo is a rural town in Bombali District in the Northern Province of Sierra Leone. Binkolo is home to an estimated 13,867 residents (2004 census). The majority of the population are from the Limba ethnic group. Kamabai

Kamabai is a small town in Bombali District in the Northern Province of Sierra Leone, with a population of about 4000 within a 7 km radius (including the villages of Kagbumbo, Bonaia, Manlokoko, Kawere, Masasa, Makombon, Matunko, Mateli, Mabunko, Karim, Mankorokoro, Kamaron and Katanta). The town is about 26 miles (41 kilometers) northeast of Makeni.
