The Drava Statistical Region (Slovene: Podravska statistična regija) is a statistical region in Slovenia. The largest town in the region is Maribor. Its name comes from the Drava River and includes land on both banks along its course through Slovenia as well as the Pohorje mountains in the northeast of the region. Pohorje transmitter is a facility for FM- and TV-broadcasting in the Pohorje Mountains west of Maribor, Slovenia 1056 metres above sea level. Pohorje transmitter uses as antenna tower a 72 metre tall lattice tower. Although this tower is designed as free-standing, it is guyed in two levels in six directions. This extensive additional guying is unique, especially when one considers that the tower is not very tall and situated in a forest area.

Betnava Mansion is a manorhouse located near the city of Maribor in northern Slovenia. A structure on the site is first mentioned in 1319, under the name Wintenaw. By the 16th century, it had grown into a fortified and moated renaissance manor.
