Fram Creek

Fram Creek is a river in Lower Styria, Slovenia. The river is 26 kilometres in length. Its source is on the Pohorje Massif, near Sveti Areh in the Maribor Pohorje Ski Resort. It passes Fram and Rače and merges with other streams of the Drava Plain (Dravsko polje) and joins the Polskava River.

Podravska Statistical Region

The Drava Statistical Region (Slovene: Podravska statistična regija) is a statistical region in Slovenia. The largest town in the region is Maribor. Its name comes from the Drava River and includes land on both banks along its course through Slovenia as well as the Pohorje mountains in the northeast of the region. The Drava is used for the production of hydroelectricity and the fertile land around it is used for agriculture.
