Saxon-Sea Stadium is a multi-use stadium in the Saxonsea district of Atlantis, a town located 40 km north of Cape Town in South Africa. It is currently used mostly for football matches. Sepia tuberculata

Sepia tuberculata is a species of cuttlefish native to South African waters from Melkbosstrand to Knysna . It lives in very shallow water to a depth of 3 m. It is endemic. The type specimen was collected off the coast of South Africa and is deposited at the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris.

Battle of Blaauwberg

The Battle of Blaauwberg, also known as the Battle of Cape Town, fought near Cape Town on 8 January 1806, was a small but significant military engagement. It established British rule in South Africa, which was to have many ramifications during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. A bi-centennial commemoration was held in January 2006.
