Vallehermoso, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The municipality of Vallehermoso is located on the southwestern and northwestern coasts of La Gomera in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife of the Canary Islands. Its capital, the town of Vallehermoso on the north coast, is linked with a main highway encircling every part of the island and is located WNW of the island capital, San Sebastián de la Gomera. The population is 3,141, its density is 47.6/km² and the area is 109.11 km²/10,911 ha, some reads 109.32 km². The elevation is 230 m.

La Gomera Airport

La Gomera Airport is an airport located near the town of Playa Santiago on the island of La Gomera in the Canary Islands, 34 km southwest by road from the island's capital city, San Sebastián de la Gomera. Although the runway was completed in 1994, the terminal did not open until 1999. With a 1,500 m × 30 m ( ft ×  ft) runway the airport can only take turbo-prop inter-island flights, not jets from mainland Europe, and only operates during daylight.
