Bandarawela Central College

The Bandarwela Madya Maha Vidyalaya (Bandarawela Central College) is a public school situated in Uva province, Sri Lanka. It was founded in 1948 as a section of Royal College Colombo. This is famous as "Light of Uva" and it is a National School which controlled by the central government as opposed to the Provincial Council and provides both primary and Secondary education. Bandarawela Central college has produced many of the undergraduates from Badulla District for local universities annually.

Udawalawa

Udawalawa is a small town located in the southern part of the Ratnapura District in Sri Lanka. It is situated in close to the district's boundary with the Hambantota District and Monaragala District. Udawalawa is also called Udawalawe. The town is the main entry points to the Udawalawe National Park which is a major National Park in Sri Lanka which is renowned for its high population of wild Asian elephants. Baker's Falls

Baker's Falls is a famous waterfall in Sri Lanka. It is situated in Horton Plains National Park on a tributary of the Belihul Oya. The height of the Baker's waterfalls is 20 metres . The falls were named after Sir Samuel Baker, who was a famous explorer. Many Rhododendron and Fern bushes can be seen around the waterfall.
