Lunugala

Lunugala is a town in the Sri Lankan province of Uva. There are 26 Grama Niladhari Divisions in the Lunugala Divisional Secretariat Division The town is placed in middle of a mountain range. It was called "Pattipola" (පට්ටිපොල) in the past. Its main agricultural product is tea. There are many beautiful tea estates in Lunugala as Adawatta Estate, Park Estate, Hopton Estate, Showlands Estate and Madolsima Plantation. Additionally people cultivate pepper, cinnamon and cacao.

Namunukula

Namunukula is the name of a mountain range in Sri Lanka's province of Uva. Its main peak is 6,600 feet high. The name means "Nine Peaks". It also the name of a town near it which is sometimes called Namunukula Town (6° 52' N 81° 7' E).

Dunhinda Falls

Dunhinda Falls is a waterfall located about 5 kilometres from Badulla town in Sri Lanka. The Dunhinda Falls is one of Sri Lanka's most beautiful waterfalls. The waterfall, which is 210 feet (64 m) high gets its name from the smoky dew drops spray, (Dun in sinhala means mist or smoke) which surrounds the area at the foot of the waterfall. The water fall is created by the river called Badulu Oya which goes through the Badulla town.
