SLAF Katukurunda

SLAF Katukurunda is a Sri Lanka Air Force base located near the town of Kalutara in Sri Lanka. Originally established as a Royal Naval Air Station HMS Ukussa it was reactivated in 1984 by the Sri Lanka Air Force. Kalu River

Kalu River is a river in Sri Lanka. Measuring 129 km in length, the river originates from Adam's Peak and reach the sea at Kalutara. The Black River flows through the Ratnapura and the Kalutara District and pass the city Ratnapura. The mountainous forests in the Central Province and the Sinharaja Forest Reserve are the main sources of water for the river.

Bentota

Bentota is a town in Sri Lanka,located on the southern tip of the Galle District of the Southern Province, about 7–8 kilometres (&#160) south of Beruwala on the A2 highway. Its population is estimated to be between 25,000-50,000. The name comes from a mythical story which dates back to kings time saying a demon called Bem ruled this river (tota = river bank).
