Saint Olaf's chapel

Saint Olaf's chapel is a church in Kumla, Närke, Svealand in Sweden. The church contains parts of a stave church. The church dates from 1766 - 1767, with a tower from the 11th century. In the beginning of the 10th century, Olaf II of Norway (commonly referred to as Saint Olaf) stayed through the winter when he had to flee to Kievan Rus.

Trystorp

Trystorp is a Swedish estate and château in Lekeberg, Närke, Sweden. It includes 687 ha land. To the south of the château, there is a nature reserve which is open to the public, with a rich fauna and many old oaks. The estate was established by Biskop Kort Rogge in 1495, who bought land in the area. The Livonian nobleman Henrik von Falkenberg was subsequently awarded Trystorp as a fief. The Falkenberg family owned the estate from 1603 to 1816, when it was sold to publisher N.M. Lindh.

Hallsberg Municipality

Hallsberg Municipality (Hallsbergs kommun) is a municipality in Örebro County in central Sweden. Its seat is located in the town of Hallsberg. The present municipality was created in 1971 when the market town of Hallsberg was amalgamated with adjacent municipalities. A series of amalgamations had taken place in the area in 1952, 1963 and 1967.

Kumla Prison

Kumla prison is a prison facility in Kumla Municipality, Sweden. It was opened in 1965 and is one of the country's biggest prisons. Kumla is one of three high security prisons in Sweden holding risk inmates (class A). On March 18, 2009, a new supermax facility was opened inside the Kumla Prison.

Kumla Municipality

Kumla Municipality (Kumla kommun) is a municipality in Örebro County in central Sweden. Its seat is located in the city of Kumla. The present municipality was formed during the latest nation-wide local government reform in Sweden, with the amalgamations taking place in 1966 and 1971. With 207 km² it is the smallest municipality in Örebro County.
