Vikbolandet

Vikbolandet is a large peninsula east of Norrköping city in Östergötland, Sweden. The area is limited by Bråviken to the north, Slätbaken to the south and the Baltic sea to the east. The biggest population center is Östra Husby with a population of 788, followed by Ljunga (pop 643) and Arkösund (pop 149) on the baltic sea coast at the far east of the peninsula.

Helgi Hundingsbane

Helgi Hundingsbane is a hero in Norse sagas. Helgi appears in Volsunga saga and in two lays in the Poetic Edda named Helgakviða Hundingsbana I and Helgakviða Hundingsbana II. The Poetic Edda relates that Helgi and his mistress Sigrún were Helgi Hjörvarðsson and Sváva of the Helgakviða Hjörvarðssonar reborn. They were once again reborn as Helgi Haddingjaskati and Kára whose story survives as a part of the Hrómundar saga Gripssonar.

R4 nuclear reactor

R4 nuclear reactor was a nuclear reactor built at Marviken and the fourth nuclear reactor built in Sweden. It was heavy water moderated and intended for the dual role of 130MWe of power generation and also plutonium production. It had a central role in the Swedish nuclear weapon programme. During the mid 1960s the social democratic government officially abandoned the project of designing Swedish nuclear weapons and the Marviken-plant became derelict.
