Furby, Sweden
Furby, Sweden (< fura 'pine' + bua 'plĈace') is a locality in Badelunda parish, Västerås Municipality. Furby was previously a parish of its own, but now only a church ruin remains. Furby is a few miles north of Lake Mälaren and situated east--near Anundshögen, the ship burial mound of legendary Swedish King Anund.

Anundshög
Anundshög (also Anundshögen and Anunds hög) is a tumulus near Västerås in Västmanland, the largest in Sweden. It has a diameter of 60 metres and is about 9 metres high. Assessments of the era of the mound vary between the Bronze Age and the late Iron Age. A fireplace under it has been dated by radiocarbon dating to sometime between AD 210 and 540. Some historians have associated the mound with the legendary King Anund, while others regard this as speculative.

Västmanlands regemente
Västmanlands regemente (Västmanland Regiment), designations I 18 and Fo 48, was a Swedish Army infantry regiment that traced its origins back to the 16th century. It was disbanded for the first time in 1927 but later reraised and disbanded again in 1997. The regiment's soldiers were originally recruited from the province of Västmanland, and it was later garrisoned there.
