Spilauersee is a lake in the Canton of Uri, Switzerland, below Rossstock. The lake can be reached by foot in half an hour from the Chäppeliberg–Lidernen aerial tramway.

Schächental

The Schächental is an alpine valley of Uri, Switzerland, formed by the Schächen river. The valley stretches to the east of Altdorf for some 10 km. Situated in the Schächental are the municipalities of Bürglen (525 m), Spiringen (923 m) and Unterschächen (995 m). The valley terminates in the Klausenpass (1948 m), which connects to the Urnerboden, leading towards Glarus. A side valley, the Hinter Schächen branches to the south of Unterschächen, extending for some 4 km.

Alplersee

Alplersee is a lake on the slopes of the Rophaien mountain near Riemenstalden and Sisikon in the Canton of Uri, Switzerland. There is another lake in the canton of Uri with the same name near Unterschächen.

Tell Monument

The Tell Monument is a memorial to William Tell in the market place of Altdorf, Canton of Uri, Switzerland. The bronze statue of Richard Kissling was inaugurated in the August 28, 1895 at the foot of an old tower. It shows the Swiss national hero with his crossbow and accompanied by his son. At the base is the traditional date of Rütlischwur of 1307.

Hölloch Cave

Hölloch Cave is a 198.19 kilometres long cave situated between the river Muota and the area of the Pragelpass in the Valley of Muotha in Switzerland. It is also notable for having a depth of 938.6 metres and being the second longest cave in Europe. The initial exploration started in 1875 and was led by Alois Ulrich. A large part of the exploration of this cave was led by Alfred Bögli.
