Chung Hua University is a private university located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. It was formerly known as Chung Hua Polytechnic Institute founded in 1990 by three local Hsinchu entrepreneurs, Ron-Chang Wang, Zau-Juang Tsai, and Junq-Tzer Lin.
